DIY Sheer top out of tights

Such an easy DIY - cut a neckline into the crotch of a pair of tights, and cut out the toes, and wack over your head. Best worn like Rumi has done with a top or waistcoat over the top to high the potentially rough looking cut out neckline. Would look great using spotted tights.
