London Winter Uniform

Have been speaking to lots of my friends in London, and the general consensus is that this is one the colder winters they've had. Got me thinking about how difficult it is to feel chic when its really really really cold. I remember at first wanting to cut the bottom out of a sleeping bag and just wear that when leaving the house. By the time I had left I had definitely got the art of winter dressing down pat. This and subtle variations (dif jeans/scarf/top) of this, is what got me through (obv I am dreaming when I include an LV bag in this...). What is your winter uniform?
