DIY Draped Skirt

Kelly of Lions Tigers and Fashion Oh My! has done it once again with a fanastic sky blue skirt DIYed out of a top. To make you own simply grab an oversized top, step into it, wrap arms around, tie at the back and go! Recycling your clothes and creating new outfits never got any easier. Great work Kelly.
