DIY Jewelled Collar

I am addicted to jewelled/embellished collars like this one taken by Vanessa Jackman. It's perfect. I bought some gorgeous tiny indian bells (a packet of which was included in the DIY Toolkit Giveaway) that I am going to sew onto a rounded white collar. Perfect!
