So cute, and just the right amount of sexy. DIY the collar over a bodycon dress.

DIY Bodycon Collar Dress

If you're been tuning in here for a while then you'll know that I am addicted to collars. The shape of these little white Carven collars is perfect. DIY your own by cutting a collar off a thrifted shirt, or layering fitted collared shirts underneath bodycon dresses and round neck sweaters.

DIY Zipper Skirts (or shorts) - Giveaway Inspiration

I have included two gold zippers in the DIY Essentials Toolkit giveaway - which could easily by added to a maxi or mini skirt, or shorts even, in the same way as in these photos.

DIY Alexa Chung's YSL Cut Out Leather Shorts

Simply cut slits as shown below into a pair of thrifted leather shorts (or any other fabric you like!).

DIY - Stud Collar

Studs may have been done to death, but still like when they are done in a subtle way. I guess studs have to be delicate and not-in-your-face now to still work. For this DIY, or similar ones where you might stud a shirt cuff etc, I would use spikes like the ones here. These have a screw at the back which is soooo much easier than the ones where you need to fold the steel over at the back - blood covered fingers are bad! Also the spikes are so much more precise in terms of locating them in a line.
